Public Transportation from the Airport

Information on public transportation options between Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport and the city centre can be found via Google Maps. Most travellers prefer to take Tram No. 4 to the Hobujaama station. From there, you can either take a 15-minute walk or Tram 3 (1 stop).

Please note that tickets for public transport can be purchased from ticket machines located at the tram stop or via the Pilet.ee app. A single ticket costs 2 euros if purchased from the machine or app. Tickets are also available from the tram driver for 2.50 euros (cash only).

    • Pilet.ee App: The most convenient option is to download the Pilet.ee app, available for Android and iOS devices: https://pilet.ee.
    • Ticket Machines: Ticket machines are available at major tram stops, including the airport tram stop.
    • From the Driver: Single tickets can also be purchased directly from the driver (cash only), though this is slightly more expensive.

Additionally, if you prefer to take a taxi, we recommend using Bolt or Forus Taxi via their respective apps.
